Cardigan Running Club had a strong showing at the recent Aberystwyth Charity 10k.
37 club members participated in the event on Sunday, December 1.
Veteran runner Helen Lutley excelled, finishing first in the over-70 category.
Jane Williams and Alistair Bowen both secured second places in their respective age categories, while numerous others finished in the top 10.
The club celebrated several personal bests and had a comfortable journey thanks to a Richard Bros bus.
Cardigan-based athlete David Cole won overall with a time of 32 minutes 32 seconds.
The club continues to thrive, offering fitness improvements and friendship.
