Super veteran David Warren of Cardigan Running Club was one of the stars of the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k.
He achieved second place in the M60 age category on Sunday.
Quite the feat, his time would impress most young runners.
The event took place September 15, with Warren completing the course at 37.39 minutes, just one minute 35 seconds behind Ifan Lloyd of Swansea Harriers.
Elsewhere, in the challenging Pumsaint Half Marathon, fellow club member Glen Davies also placed second in the M60 category. It was a tough route with hills given the names: Achilles Hill, the Blaenrhislog Beast and Tourettes Hill.
