Cardigan Running Club has seen more success in its latest races.
Club member Rhydian Jenkins secured second place in the M35-44 category at the St Clears 10k West Wales Championships on August 18, completing a hilly 10k in 43.05 minutes.

Ailinor Evans emerged as the first F50, 19th overall, while Stuart Penny championed the M60 category, seventh overall.
The club hosted the third race of the Poppit Series, where Alex Ladd triumphed in the Junior race.
A closely fought adult’s race saw Dylan Lewis and Benjamin Clague compete head-to-head, with Hannah Knight winning the women's race.
