Four runners from Cardigan Running Club have been celebrating completing the 2024 London Marathon.
On a dry, cool, Sunday, April 21, Seth Davies, Alistair Bowen, Howard Thomas, and Lindsey Roberts all tackled the 26.2-mile course, alongside a record number of more than 50,000 runners.
Mr Thomas excelled in his run by achieving a personal best time eight minutes faster than his current PB, an accolade attributed to his Wales coastal path walk preparation.
Equally, Ms Roberts revelled in the energy of the London crowd to cross the finish line. Mr Davies and Mr Bowen both had good runs.
Amid the throng, the notable mix included politicians, actors in character, and amusingly dressed amateurs of all ages
Among them were numerous record-breaking costume runners, all contributing to a radiant day throughout the capital.
