LAMPETER Town were crowned Costcutter Ceredigion League division two champions after holding off the challenge of runners-up New Quay in a title race that went right to the wire.
The North Road men beat Crannog Reserves 5-1 in midweek and hammered St Dogmaels Reserves 13-0 in the final league match to finish three points clear of the Seasiders.
With 14 wins and two draws from their 16 league matches, Lampeter finished their league campaign unbeaten, with South Cards Cup winners New Quay losing just one match.
Llechryd signed off their division one campaign as runners-up to champions Ffostrasol with a 3-1 win over Crannog, with Crymych finishing third after a 3-2 win over St Dogmaels.
Cardigan beat Llechryd 4-2 on penalties in the quarter-finals of the Bay Cup after goals by Cory Leonard-Davies and Josh Grota for Llechryd, and Jordan Griffiths and Matthew White for the Magpies saw the tie finish 2-2 after extra-time.
Ffostrasol, having already won the League title, League Cup and Dai Dynamo Memorial Cup, are targeting a fourth trophy after a Cian Edwards hat-trick and Owain Patterson goal sealed a 4-1 quarter-final win at Pencader.
Goals by Luke Jones, Elliot Wigley, Adam Williams, Callum Davies and Jordan Owens earned St Dogmaels a 5-2 quarter-final win over Penader, and goals by James Brown and Daniel Evans saw Bargod beat Crannog 2-1.
Cardigan Town, who will finish the season fourth in division one, will take on Bargod Rangers in the semi-finals of the Bay Cup on Tuesday, with fifth-placed St Dogmaels taking on champions Ffostrasol for a place in the final.
Meanwhile the semi-finals of the Percy Eldridge Cup will be played on Wednesday night, with Crymych Reserves facing Llechryd Reserves, and Ffostrasol Reserves playing against Felinfach Reserves.
The Bay Cup Final is scheduled to take place at Llandysul on Friday, 26 May (6.30pm kick-off), and the Percy Eldridge Cup Final will be hosted by Pencader on Saturday, 27 May (3pm).
