CARDIGAN Running Club's has been represented at several big events recently - and some great times show that the training is certainly paying off.
At the Newport marathon on 16 April, Seth Davies improved on his Paris time to set a new PB of 2:52:44.
Alistair Bowen ran 3:14:23 and club Chairman Stephen Williams set a new PB of 3:19:17.
Alison Kinsey (Vet Women 60) ran a fantastic time of 5:50:34.
Lindsey Roberts ran the London Marathon on 23 April in a time of 5:43:53.
Ben O'Leary crossed the Irish sea to run in the Wexford half marathon, with a time of 1:33.33.
St Dogmaels runner Dafydd Wyn Rees (Clwb Marathon Daf) raised money for MS in his first marathon and finished in 4:41:23.
Gethin Wyn Jones ran 4:57:43 while raising money for the Oxygen Therapy Centre in Cardigan.
Several other runners took part in Hydro Dragon events Newport 10k, including Emma Campion, Catrin Davies and Jane Starflower.
And Oli Riley came 6th at Ras yr Urdd 10k in the National Botanical Gardens with a personal best time.
