CARDIGAN fought back strongly to notch a thrilling 26-25 win over Haverfordwest in Division Three West A, having been 15-0 down before the half-time interval.
Tries by scrum half Liam Eaton and winger Lee Summons had put the visitors in charge, with full back Owain Roberts converted one and added a penalty goal.
Cardigan hit back when winger Aaron Evans went over for their first try, and No 10 Llyr Jones converted, but the Blues added a penalty try and a penalty by Roberts.
The Cardis, however, fought back strongly, with tries by flanker Geraint Williams, winger Iwan John and No 10 Jones, who also converted twice for a one-point lead.
Elsewhere in Division Three West, St Davids emerged 36-10 winners in a bonus point victory at Tregaron, who remain rooted to the bottom of the league table.
Second row Geraint Rowlands scored for the hosts, but the Saints responded with a try from second row James Goldsmith, converted by full back Adam Phillips.
The Saints went 12-5 up before the interval when Phillips ran in a try of his own, and early in the second half Rhys Price scored another after good build up play.
Further tries came from scrum half Zac Morgan, with a brace, Aaron Foster and Adam Phillips as the Saint sealed their sixth league success of the current season.
Laugharne meanwhile beat Llangwm 58-12, with the replies coming from winger Jack Roberts and No 8 Owain Jones, with one converted by No 10 Keiran Owen.
The hosts dominated, however, with winger Stephen John scoring four tries, alongside others from centres James Stephenson and Ritchie Waters, winger Tom Davies, prop Dorian Harries, flanker Rhodri Rees and second row Carl Smith, plus four conversions from Stephenson.
