ST Dogmaels maintained their pressure on Costcutter Ceredigion League division one leaders Ffostrasol with a solid 3-0 win at Llandysul to keep their own title hopes alive.
Looking to bounce back from a League Cup exit at Crymych, the Saints made a positive response as goals by Lewis Williams, Adam Williams and Jordan Owens sealed the win.
Ffostrasol are seven points clear, but with a game in hand the Saints will be keen to keep momentum, ahead of their Emrys Morgan Cup quarter-final tie against Montgomery.
Cardigan Town go into their Emrys Morgan Cup last eight tie at Tregaron in upbeat mood after two goals from Jordan Griffiths earned them a 2-1 league win away at Llanboidy.
Gethin Scourfield was on target for the hosts, whilst in the other division one match Daniel Evans earned Bargod Rangers a 1-1 at Felinfach, with Osian Kersey replying.
Ffostrasol Reserves continued to set the pace at the top of division two as they thrashed Crannog Reserves 10-0 with Steffan Thomas firing four goals and Carwyn Griffiths three.
Steffan Davies scored a brace and Dafydd Morgan also got on the scoresheet in this one-sided top-versus-bottom encounter.
Ianto ap Dafydd Evans fired a hat-trick as Aberaeron Reserves beat Maesglas 3-1, with John Charles Rees replying, whilst goals from Joe Russetti and Sam Coldman earned Pencader a 2-0 win atr Aberporth, and it was goalless between Lampeter and New Quay.
In division three, goals from Benjamin Crowe, Mallt Maskell and Nathan Pitk were not enough for Cardigan Town Reserves as they went down 5-3 at home to Llanboidy Reserves.
Lewis Thompson scored twice for the visitors, with Ashley Herbert, Tomos Harvey, and an own goal sealing the three points.
David Clark, Dyfed Bowen and Meirion Evans all scored twice as Llandysul Reserves hammered Maesglas Reserves 8-1, with Liam Wordsell and Steffan Morris also on the scoresheet. Luke Holmes netted the home side's consolation.
Llechryd Reserves won 4-1 at Crymych Reserves, with goals from Oliver Morgan, Harvey Williams, Max Evans and Morgan Lockton, whilst Tomos George netted for the hosts.
Dion Phillips and Tomos Rogers both scored twice as Ffostrasol booked their place in the Costcutter League Cup semi-finals with 6-2 extra time win at Dewi Stars. Sion Evans and Owain Patterson also scored, with Gethin Thomas and Rupert Geddes netting for Stars.
Crymych bowed out of the Cwpan Coffa Dai Dynamo Davies with a 2-0 defeat at Crannog, whilst Llechryd lost 3-0 at Tywyn/Bryncrug in the Emrys Morgan Cup quarter-finals.
