The Preseli men capped a dominant performance with goals from Rhys Jenkins, Ross McDonald, Ifan Davies, Eilir George and an own goal to reach the last four.
Steffan Thomas scored twice as Bargod Rangers booked their place in the semi-finals with a 5-2 win at Cardigan Town, who scored through Llion Williams and Owen Williams.
Jac Griffiths, Oliver Evans and Rhydian Davies also got on the scoresheet for the visitors as they moved within one win of the final, traditionally played on Easter Monday.
Tomos Rees scored four goals as St Dogmaels Reserves roared to a 10-0 win over Crannog Reserves in the South Cards Cup, with Gareth Davies also scoring a hat-trick.
Gwilym Rees, Jac Harries and Edward Wigley also found the net as the free-scoring Saints eased into the secound round of the competition.
Dyfan Evans scored twice as Felinfach Reserves won their South Cards Cup tie 4-0 against Bargod Reserves, with Steffan Davies and Jamie Davies also scoring.
In the Costcutter Ceredigion League division one championship race, second-placed Llechryd has to settle for a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw away at Llandysul.
Josh Grota scored for Llechryd, who remain eight points adrift of leaders Ffrostrasol, whilst Rhys Aelwyn ensured that Llandysul took a share of the spoils from the game.
Gethin Scourfield scored twice as Llanboidy beat Crannog 5-1, with Nickolas Jones, Ryan Pearce and Dafydd Jones also scoring. Gary Davies netted for the visiting team.
New Quay are four points clear at the top of division two after goals by Ben Young, Dylan Morgans and Jac Crompton sealed a 3-1 win at Aberporth, with Dylan Jones replying.
Carwyn Griffiths scored twice as second-placed Ffostrasol Reserves won 3-2 at Pencader United. Cian Edwards also netted, whilst Connor Timms and Alfie Morgan replied.
Division Three leaders Llechryd Reserves were 4-0 winners at home to Llanboidy Reserves, with Kai Evans firing a brace, along with Harvey Williams and an own goal.
Goals from Richard Cumming and Sean Davies meanwhile earned Cardigan Town Reserves a 2-1 win at Maesglas Reseves, who found the net through Joe Howe.
