Llechryd Cricket Club dropped a place to fourth in the Pembroke County Cricket League, after a home loss to Johnston on the weekend.
Llechryd won the toss and batted first. Gareth Keen scored a half century of 51, with Kevin Evans scoring 42 and Dafydd Davies 34.
However, good fielding from the away side’s Gary James (2-47) and Keegan Codd (2-28) got Llechryd all out for 222.

Johnston's Lee Summons batted very well, getting over a century with his score of 136no. Liam James also scored 18 runs for the visitors.
Despite good fielding from Keen (2-21) and Udell Preville (3-22), Johnston were victorious, reaching a final score of 226-9.
This saw Whitland leapfrog Llechryd into third place in the table after a five-wicket victory over Pembroke.

Hook (253-8) beat Lamphey (90) by 163 runs;
Llechryd (222) lost to Johnston (226-9) by 1 wkt;
Pembroke (219-8) lost to Whitland (220-6) by 4 wkts.
