Followers of Newcastle Emlyn RFC are preparing to get behind the Red and Whites who launch a seven-match Swalec Championship survival countdown on Friday.
First up for Alex Williams and team-mates is a visit to Narberth who are not far ahead of the Teifisiders in the league.
When the rivals met at Ddol Wyber back in November the home side came out on top 24-21 and supporters will be hoping their favourites can complete a double over the Otters at the Lewis-Lloyd Ground.
The following weekend Emlyn are involved in a crunch clash with relegation rivals Newbridge at the Welfare Ground.
As it stands the Red and Whites are one point behind Newbridge who won 24-8 in the Teifi Valley earlier in the season but Emlyn have improved since then and could fancy their chances of an away success.
The visit to Gwent is followed by a home confrontation with fifth in the table Bargoed and again the Teifisiders will be trying to reverse a loss after going down 36-5 in the Rhymney Valley.
Williams and Co face another big task on April 9 when visiting leaders Merthyr, but they put up a first-rate showing against the pacesetters at home and cannot be written off.
Seven days later Emlyn visit Glynneath who are three points behind them and victory at Abernant Park could keep the visitors in the Championship.
The following weekend Emlyn will be expected to spring a bonus point win over doomed visitors Llanharan and end the campaign at home on April 30 when Beddau will attempt to complete a double.
