Cardigan is set to see out its 900th year by celebrating its medieval origins.
A medieval banquet and first eisteddfod re-creation is being planned for December 28.
The event will include a torchlit procession through the street, medieval street entertainment topped off with a medieval banquet at the Guildhall with entertainment provided by the Heritage Lottery funded eisteddfod event, organised by singer Brychan Llyr.
“This will be a fantastic way to see out our special year,” said 2010 chairman Llwyd Edwards.
