A full colour leaflet promoting the 900th anniversary celebrations in Cardigan has just been produced by the 2010 committee.
The bilingual leaflet includes pictures of the town plus a potted history of the important historical events.
Committee members will now be distributing the leaflet through Tourist Information Centres and along the M4 corridor.
They are also planning a press campaign for big regional newspapers in Wales and England as well as national paper travel supplements and colour magazines.
“2010 is going to be one of the biggest celebrations in Cardigan’s history,” said 2010 chairman Llwyd Edwards.
“We want to attract people from all over the UK and abroad to come and join in the festivities.”
The committee is also planning to target ex-pats in the USA, Canada and Australia.
A 2010 Facebook site is in the process of being built and there are plans to start a Twitter account.
