A Ceredigion business has been named a finalist in a prestigious industry award.

Masterfitter Windows has been shortlisted for the Installer of the Year award at the G24 Awards, known as the 'Glazing Industry Oscars.'

The company, which moved to a new showroom and operational base in Rhydlewis in 2021, has gained a reputation for 'excellence in installation.'

A month ago, they received the news of being one of seven finalists for the G24 Awards, which will be held on November 29, at the London Hilton Park Lane.

Last Monday, Masterfitter Windows welcomed a judge from the Glass and Glazing Federation to their site as part of the verification process.

The company's managing director, Arron Clegg, is no stranger to the awards, having won the G10 Apprentice of the Year in 2010.

Mr Clegg expressed his humility at being chosen as a finalist, given that there are more than 12,500 window and door installation businesses in the UK, according to data from Insight Data.

Masterfitter Windows has also been regularly contracted to undertake specialist remediation works across the country and abroad.
