A LEARNER driver crashed in to a parked car in Lampeter whilst driving uninsured and without a valid MOT.
Mark Evans, 39, of Cwmann Terrace in Cwmann, was charged with four offences at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
Provisional licence holder Evans was driving a Citroen C4 on Bridge Street in Lampeter on November 15 last year. As he turned on to New Street, he crashed in to the back of a parked car.
Police confirmed that there was no valid MOT for Evans’ car and he was uninsured. The learner driver had also been driving without a qualified supervisor – meaning his provisional licence was invalid.
