A legendary Welsh musician has been announced for the Other Voices festival in Cardigan.
Manic Street Preachers' frontman, James Dean Bradfield, is set to perform a special solo set at St Mary's Church.
Known for his powerful vocals and electrifying guitar skills, Mr Bradfield is expected to be a festival highlight in Other Voices Cardigan's fifth Welsh edition.
His career spans more than three decades, captivating audiences worldwide with his blend of rock, punk, and pop influences.
The solo performance will be staged on the festival's Friday night.
Dilwyn Davies, CEO of Mwldan, co-producers of Other Voices Cardigan, said: "It’s a huge honour for us to welcome James Dean Bradfield to Cardigan.
"He’s one of the greatest artists of contemporary Welsh music, and his performance in the church captures what is so magical about Other Voices; bringing incredible performers to Aberteifi."
Other notable acts performing at the church include Charlotte Day Wilson, Nadine Shah, Melys, Fionn Regan, Victor Ray, Bill Ryder-Jones, Fabiana Palladino, and Georgia Ruth.
However, tickets for church performances are not available for purchase.
Music Trail wristband holders will be automatically entered into a draw to win tickets to these performances.
The performances will be live-streamed on Other Voices' YouTube channel and shown on the big screen at Mwldan in Cardigan.
They will also be broadcast on TV and available on BBC iPlayer and RTÉ Player.
Other Voices Cardigan, hosted by BBC DJ Huw Stephens, will take place from October 31 to November 2 and will feature more than 100 performances and conversations throughout the town.
Wristbands, which provide access to the whole festival, are priced at £50 and are available from the Other Voices website and the Mwldan box office.
The full festival schedule can be viewed on the festival app for iPhone and Android, available to download via Apple and Google Play.
The festival is supported by the Welsh Government, the Government of Ireland, the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, and the Department of Foreign Affairs' Reconciliation Fund.
It is produced by South Wind Blows in partnership with Mwldan and Triongl.
Part of the project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, supported by Ceredigion County Council.
