A MAN has denied raping and sexually assaulting a woman.
Luke Brown, 43, of Llanarth, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with four offences.
Brown was charged with rape following an alleged incident in Llanarth on August 19, as well as sexual assault, and sexual assault by penetration.
He was further charged with using racially aggravated words or behaviour to cause a man fear that violence would be used against him, or provoke him in to using violence, also on August 19 in Llanarth.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Prosecutor Ieuan Rees told the court that the alleged sexual offences were “unrelated in nature” to the racially aggravated charge, and asked for the two sets of offences to be tried separately.
Judge Catherine Richards ordered that Brown will stand trial in February.
