A Cardigan cinema will be showing four screenings of a National Theatre Live production.
Mwldan will show the award-winning 'Present Laughter (PG)', featuring Andrew Scott, Sophie Thompson and Indira Varma, directed by Matthew Warchus.
Matthew Warchus, famed for Matilda The Musical, recreated Noël Coward’s provocative comedy, which was filmed live from The Old Vic in London during 2019’s sold-out run.
The story revolves around star actor Garry Essendine’s chaotic life spiralling out of control before his overseas tour as he deals with an identity crisis and multiple relationships.
The first screening will take place on September 5, at 7pm.
Furthermore, the show will be screened on September 7 and 21 at 2pm and September 19 at 7pm respectively.
Tickets cost £15 (£14 concession) and are available 24/7 from the Mwldan website, or over the phone on 01239 621200 from 12-8pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
