THIS year’s annual open air service at Holy Cross Church in Mwnt was blessed with glorious sunshine.
The Right Reverend Dorrien Davies Bishop of St Davids attended the service on Sunday, July 28 and conducted the blessing.
This year’s service was particularly poignant as a memorial bench was unveiled outside the church in memory of two close friends, Nia Williams and Gareth Mason, who were both from Cardigan and died in 2023 and 2004 respectively.
The afternoon service took place in front of many of their families and friends, during which the Bishop dedicated the bench which will provide a lasting memorial at this beautiful location.
