A Llanybydder choir raised £1,000 for a west Wales breast care clinic.
Cor Lleisiau'r Werin, a ladies' choir made up of residents, initiated fundraising efforts for the Breast Care Unit at Prince Philip Hospital.
The choir, established in 2004, comes together for weekly renditions of popular songs.
Anne Bellamy, secretary of the choir, said: "A number of past and present members of the choir have been treated and cared for on the Breast Care Unit at Prince Philip Hospital.
"The fundraising and donation is a way to show appreciation for the wonderful care provided by the unit.
"Thank you to all those who supported our concert and fundraising, and thanks to the staff on the unit for the wonderful care they provide."
Nicola Llewelyn, head of Hywel Dda Health Charities, the official charity of Hywel Dda University Health Board, expressed her gratitude saying: "We’d like to say a massive thank you to Cor Lleisiau'r Werin for their kind donation.
"The support of our local communities enables us to provide services over and above what the NHS can provide in the three counties of Hywel Dda and we are extremely grateful for every donation we receive."
