A MAN who is accused of using an imitation firearm to make a woman fear for her safety will return to court later this month.
Jakub Borzym, 21, of Ponterwyd in Ceredigion, appeared at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
It was alleged that he used an air pistol against a woman at an address in Felinfach on Monday, May 27. Borzym was subsequently arrested as a result of the incident.

No plea was entered when Borzym appeared at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 29.
Borzym was granted bail, and will return to Swansea Crown Court on Friday, June 28, where he will enter a plea.
