A MAN from Bridgend assaulted a woman and a child at a holiday park.
Richard Jones, 39, of Erw Wen in Pencoed, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with three offences.
Jones was accused of assaulting a woman and a child at Quay West Holiday Park on May 3.
He was also alleged to have damaged a third person’s iPhone on that same date.

The defendant pleaded guilty to charges of assault by beating, common assault and criminal damage at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on May 4.
Jones was sentenced to a two-year community order on May 8, as part of which he must complete 200 hours of unpaid work, a 56-day alcohol abstinence and monitoring programme, and 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
