Two Newcastle Emlyn rugby players are set to feature in Wales' penultimate Six Nations fixture against France.
Prop Gareth Thomas, who plays for the Ospreys, will start for Wales, with Gareth Davies named in the match-day 23 as scrum half cover.
The match at Principality Stadium will be Thomas' 29th cap for his country, while Davies, currently on 75 caps, will provide cover from the bench.
Elsewhere in the team, captain Dafydd Jenkins will lead from his position of blind-side flanker.
In the second row, Will Rowlands makes his first start of the 2024 Six Nations, alongside Adam Beard.
The hooker position sees Ryan Elias starting for the second match in this Championship.
In the midfield, newcomer Joe Roberts will partner with the experienced Owen Watkin.
Among the replacements, hooker Elliot Dee is geared up to win his 50th cap for Wales from the bench.
Head coach Warren Gatland said: "There are a few changes to the team this week as there are some players that deserve an opportunity."
"It'll be a tough, physical challenge from France on Sunday particularly up front.
"We know they will start hard and it's about us staying in the fight, having good line speed defensively and keeping our discipline.
"We're looking for an 80 minute performance.
"We’re excited to be back at home for our last two matches and looking forward to getting out in front of a passionate Welsh crowd this weekend".
