A CEREDIGION man who is wanted by police has taunted the force on their own social media appeal for him, asking for a better photo of him to be used.
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to find Daniel Biles, 35, who is wanted in relation to allegations of domestic abuse.
Biles, from Aberystwyth, is known to have links with the west Midlands – in particular the Dudley area.
However, Biles responded to the appeal on Facebook.
“Dyfed-Powys Police why you chasing me for, no need I ain't done anything, you need to start chasing paedophiles and your own police force,” he said
Replying to someone who tagged him in the post, he said: “That's me lol but I ain't done that what there [sic] saying, and I ain't in aber or Midlands, ime [sic] in Newcastle, old photo that is, could have put a better picture up.”
And replying to another user, he said: “free advertising ini bert.”
Anyone with any information which could help locate Biles is asked to contact Dyfed-Powys Police, either online at https://orlo.uk/NnU2G, by emailing 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk, or by calling 101.
