THERE will be an unforgettable night of live music in Cardigan in October.
Budapest Café Orchestra will be in the town’s Mwldan next month to bring their unconventional and snappily attired boutique orchestra to Cardigan.
There will be gypsy and folk-flavoured music which they deliver in their own fresh way. From Balkan and Russian traditional pieces to artful distillations of the masterpieces by the Romantic composers to Gaelic folk anthems.
The Budapest Café Orchestra was founded in 2009 by British composer and violinist Christian Garrick and the quartet combines violin, guitar, accordion, double bass, saz and balalaika.
Budapest Café Orchestra will be in Mwldan, Cardigan, on Friday, October 13 at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £17.50 and are available at www.mwldan.co.uk or by calling 01239 621200 between 12pm and 8pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
