A CRYMYCH man admitted criminal damage and using threatening words or behaviour.
Daniel Richards, 41, of Tyddyn Auckland Terrace, A478 Crymych, admitted two charges at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on August 31.
He admitted one charge of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence. This charge related to an incident on November 18, 2022, when he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another man with intent to cause him to believe violence would be used against him.
He also admitted a charge of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000, when on the same date, he damaged a white Ford Transit van belonging to the same victim.
Both offences took place in Aberystwyth.
He was given a 12-month community order, including 60 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £114 surcharge and £300 costs.
