A LAMPETER man has admitted three counts of fraud.
Daniel Rogers, 37, of Heol Hathren, Cwmann, Lampeter, admitted three charges of fraud by false representation at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on August 24.
The first charge was for fraud on August 13, 2022, when he made a payment at Texaco, Mill Street, Aberystwyth, for £47.69 using a debit card belonging to another individual.
The second charge related to the above details but the charge was that the bank card presented belonged to another individual and was presented without the card owner’s permission.
The third charge related to the above details, but for a payment of £80.72 on the same date and at the same garage.
He was given an 18-month community order which includes a 19 day rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £50 fine, £114 surcharge and £85 costs.
