Cardigan Running Club was well-represented at Ras Beca, a classic fell race that included 5 miles across hill and bog in the heart of the Preselis.
Carwyn Phillips took on the organisation of the event for the first time this year and his low-key, sustainable friendly atmosphere was well appreciated.
Benedict O'Leary, Stephen Williams, Alistair Bowen, Rhys Morgan and Glen Davies all took to the hills, and Ailinor Evans won the V50 women's age group.
Cardigan Amateur Boxing Club was well-represented with the Croft brothers Ioan and Garan both placing in the top 10.
