THESE three Teifi drivers were in court recently for speeding offences.
Jamie Rees, 43, of Brynhoffnant, Llandysul, was found guilty of speeding by Llanelli Magistrates Court on March 3.
He was caught on August 29 doing 40mph in a Vauxhall Vivaro on Hendre Road, Llangennech, where the limit is 30mph.
He was fined £220, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £88 surcharge and £90 costs.
Michael Sabiston, 49, of Ffordd y Bedol, Aberporth, admitted speeding at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on March 9.
He was caught on March 14, 2022, doing 78mph in a Ford Transit van on the M62 eastbound between J11 and J12 where the limit is 50mph.
He was given six points on his licence and ordered to pay £276 fine and £34 surcharge. He avoided a ban due to mitigating circumstances.
David Peter Kelly, 35, of Felindre, Llandysul, was found guilty of speeding by Llanelli Magistrates Court on March 10.
He was caught on September 12 doing 62mph in a Hyundai Tucson on the M4 westbound at Port Talbot.
He was fined £220, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £88 surcharge and £90 costs.
