THESE drivers were caught driving without due care and attention or not complying with road markings.
Aled Owen Jones, 58, of Dinmael, Corwen, Conwy, admitted failing to comply with indications given by road markings at Llanelli Magistrates Court on February 15.
On August 10, he was driving a Jeep 4X4 and parked on the A482, South Road, Aberaeron, failing to comply with the indication given by a solid white line, meaning his actions forced other road users to cross the double white lines.
He was fined £115, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £46 surcharge and £90 costs.

William Smith, 73, of Station Road, Pontwelly, Llandysul, admitted driving without due care and attention at Llanelli Magistrates Court on February 22.
He admitted that on September 18 he drove a Ford Transit on the A485 at Pontarsais without due care and attention.
He was fined £80 and given five points on his licence. He also had to pay £32 surcharge and £110 costs. He avoided a ban due to mitigating circumstances.
