A WARM spaces initiative has been launched in Cardigan.
Age Cymru Dyfed invites anyone who lives in and around Cardigan to visit Maes Mwldan on Bath House Road for a warm, accessible place to spend a few hours.
The Warm Spaces initiative aims to provide warm spaces for those who may not be able to afford to heat their homes to go for a few hours to keep warm and socialise with others.
Age Cymru Dyfed and Caredig at Maes Mwldan will be offering a range of things to do at the sessions, with board games, newspapers, magazines and of course, people to talk to.
MORE NEWS:
Age Cymru Dyfed hopes the sessions will allow people to make connections and then continue to meet with new friends.
The Warm Spaces sessions will be held on Tuesdays at Maes Mwldan on Bath House Road, Cardigan, beginning on January 10 from 11am until 4pm. There will be tea and coffee available throughout and a bowl of soup at lunchtime.
Anyone who would like to know more or would like to attend, or know someone who would like to attend, can contact Age Cymru Dyfed’s Kim Bacon on 07508 850 470. People are also welcome to just turn up on the day.
