THE next Cardigan Castle open-air movie will be celebrating the life of a popular singer.
Theatr Mwldan and Cardigan Castle are teaming up to show Rocketman at the castle on Saturday, August 13.
The musical stars Welsh actor Taron Egerton in the titular role and follows the life of Elton John from his early years at the Royal Academy of Music through his epic career and musical partnership with Bernie Taupin.
It also shows his struggles with depression, substance abuse and accepting his sexual orientation.

Rocketman is suitable for those aged 15 and over and will be shown at Cardigan Castle on Saturday, August 13. Doors will open at 7pm with the film beginning at 8pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own low-backed camping chairs as there is no provided seating.
