A 63-YEAR-old Llanarth motorist has been fined £146 and had his licence endorsed with three penalty points after pleading guilty to a speeding offence in Oxfordshire.
David Richard Thomas, of Oakford, was said to have driven at a recorded speed of 48 mph in a 40 mph zone on the A41 at Bicester on November 27, 2021.
The defendant, who pleaded guilty to the charge, was also ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £35 along with £90 costs.
