TWO men from the Tivyside area have been fined for speeding.
Meirion Morris, 59, of Sunny Hill, Llandysul, admitted speeding at Llanelli Magistrates Court on June 6 and received his sentence on June 22.
He was caught on November 30 doing 35mph on A475 Drefach, where the limit is 30mph. He was fined £146 and given three points on his licence. He also had to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.

Mark Henry James Douglas, 61, of Falcondale Drive, Lampeter, was found guilty of speeding by North Somerset Magistrates Court on February 2 but given his sentence on June 21.
He was caught on May 9 doing 91mph on M4 J20 to J19 eastbound, where the limit is 70mph. He was £256 and given three points on his licence.
He avoided a ban due to mitigating circumstances where his company would have been unable to execute its contracts if his licence was revoked. He also had to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
