A LLANDYSUL motorist clocked by laser breaking a 30 mph speed limit near Lampeter has been fined £40 and had her licence endorsed with three penalty points by Carmarthenshire magistrates.
Helena Victoria Kiff, aged 51, of Capel Dewi, pleaded guilty to the offence when her case came before Llanelli court.
The bench heard she had been recorded at travelling at 35 mph at 1.42pm on September 15.
The defendant was also ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
