A 23-YEAR-old Cardigan man has received a fresh community order after admitting the breach of a previous one when his case came before Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire magistrates.
Jordan Philips, of Barton House, Priory Street, was ordered to pay £60 costs after Aberystwyth Justice Centre hearing was told he had failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 13, 2021 by missing office appointments.
He was re-sentenced for the original offence of drink-driving and – under the terms of the new community order – placed under a curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring.
