A LLANDYSUL motorist clocked travelling at 99 mph on the M4 at Cross Hands was fined £440 and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points when his case came before Carmarthen magistrates.
The Llanelli hearing was told that Ian Broniman, aged 50, of The Beeches, committed the offence whilst driving a Seat Leon between Junction 48 and Pont Abraham at lunchtime on October 16.
Broniman, whose case was proved under the single justice procedure, was also ordered by pay a victim’s surcharge of £44 along with costs of £90.
