A 55-YEAR-old Aberarth motorist has been fined £100 and received four penalty points on her licence after pleading guilty to breaking a 20 mph speed limit at Cenarth.
Carmarthenshire magistrates sitting at Llanelli heard that Hazel Jennifer Rose, of Aberarth Village, was clocked by laser driving a Toyota Yaris at 35 mph at 1.20pm on September 29.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 along with £90 costs.
