A 26-YEAR-old Lampeter woman has been fined £100 and had her driving licence endorsed with four penalty points after pleading guilty to breaking a 30 mph speed limit at Aberbanc.
Rhiannon Vienna Coleman, of Galltyfder Farm, was said to have been clocked by laser travelling at 43 mph in a Volvo on the A475 on July 20 when her case came before Carmarthen magistrates.
The defendant was also ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge along with costs of £90.
