A CARDIGAN motorist has been fined £220 for keeping a vehicle with a number plate which failed to conform with regulations.
Benjamin Huw James, aged 56, of Llandygwydd, was said to have committed the offence while driving a Ford Focus in Boulevard St Brieuc, Aberystwyth, on October 3.
The case was proved by Carmarthenshire magistrates under the single justice procedure and James was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge along with £90 costs.
