A 56-YEAR-old trucker was fined £220 by Carmarthenshire magistrates and received three penalty points on his licence for speeding on the A475 at Aberbanc.
Aled James, of Penrhiwllan, was clocked by a speed camera driving a Isuzu Trucks Grafter at 35 mph on the morning of July 20, magistrates at Llanelli were told.
The case was found proved under the single justice procedure and the defendant also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 along with £90 costs.
