Carmarthenshire magistrates sitting at Llanelli found Anne Cudmore, of Langro, guilty of committing the offence on August 20.
The charge arose after she was charged with speeding in a Peugeot 107 Urban on the A476 at Gorslas, near Llanelli on July 19.
