Ceredigion's libraries will open for browsing without appointment from August 9, the County Council has confirmed.
Since June, people have been able to order and collect items from Cardigan, Aberaeron, Lampeter and Aberystwyth's libraries.
The click and collect service meant the public could order books online, or by calling the libraries to arrange a time to collect items.
But it was previously not possible to reopen the libraries fully to browse the books, use the public computers, print or photocopy.
"People will be able to call in to their local library to browse and pick books at their leisure," said a Council statement.
"The Click and Collect service will continue for customers and the home delivery service will continue for vulnerable and housebound customers.
"Contact your library to arrange an appointment to use the public computers, and check the opening hours before visiting.
"Contact numbers and opening times are available on Ceredigion Libraries website at https://libraries.ceredigion.gov.uk.
"Or you can keep up with the latest information on Ceredigion Library on its Facebook page."
