PLANS for an anaerobic digestion facility at a local farm have been supported by three local community councils.
The scheme at Crugmore Farm, Penyparc, has been backed by Cardigan town council and Ferwig and Llangoedmor community councils.
However the three councils are recommending to county planners that deliveries are limited to the site with no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays, all slurry to be delivered to the site in sealed vehicles, nosie and air quality to be regularly monitored and access to the site should only be by way of the new access road.
