WELSH Guardsmen will be welcomed into St Dogmaels on Thursday afternoon.
The Welsh Guards will arrive in the village as part of the charity Walk on Wales campaign.
Locals are invited to join the meet and greet at the entrance to the village car park in High Street at around 4.30pm, and are asked to donate cakes and refreshments to the arriving troops.
The group are expected to leave at 9am the following day, following a short ceremony to hand over the baton.
