FIRE crews from Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn were called to a house fire in Aberporth on Thursday evening.
One boy was checked by paramedics following the incident, but did not need to be taken to hospital.
The crews were called to tackle the blaze at the two storey property called Orchard House at 5.40pm, and used breathing apparatus, hose-reel jets and thermal imaging cameras to deal with the incident.
