A LLANFYRNACH man has been fined after admitting breaking a 30mph speed limit.
Robert John Beeston, aged 56, represented himself when he appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on Wednesday.
Beeston, of Pendre Cottage, Star Clydey, pleaded guilty to speeding on April 14, 2012, at Ponterwyd.
The court heard he was recorded driving his Renault Clio at 35mph in a 30mph limit.
A charge of failing to provide information regarding the driver’s identity was dismissed.
Beeston was fined £60, and ordered to pay £60 court costs plus a £15 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
