PLANS for a five-bedroom house will tidy up a neglected site on one of the main roads into Cardigan, county planners heard this week.
A scheme to build the house next door to Cardigan Windows in Castle Street was given the go-ahead.
Town councillors had expressed concerns over parking and highways issues, but the committee was told that the plan included parking and a visibility splay.
Local member Cllr Catrin Miles said: "This site is untidy and this application gives an opportunity to improve it."
