A 24-year-old jobless Cardigan man has been charged with five offences of dishonestly making a false statement to obtain a benefit/advantage/payment.
Henry Hall of 47 Felinban, Cardigan, who was represented by Alan Lewis, was accused of dishonestly obtaining Jobseeker’s Allowance and also Housing and Council Tax benefit, the offences allegedly committed in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
At Ceredigion Magistrates Court on Wednesday the case was adjourned until Wednesday, September 4 for pleas.
