JONES Hannah Mary (Mair) Peacefully at Glangwili Hospital on Sunday, September 3, 2023, Hannah Mary (Mair) Jones, 42 Maesglas, Cardigan aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Elfed, much loved mother of Jeffrey and Clive, dear mother-in-law of Gil and Annette, proud 'Mamgu' of Laura, Simon, Samantha, Jenny, Robert and Andrew, cherished great-grandmother of Elin, Charly, Noa, Harri, Leo, Molly and Bella.
